Our cleanroom extrusion process is specifically designed to meet the requirements of medical technology. Under cleanroom conditions, we manufacture high-quality tubing and catheter solutions from medical-grade thermoplastics – tailored to your individual application.

Laser-assisted in-line measurement ensures continuous dimensional accuracy control directly during the process. This results in reproducible outcomes with high process reliability – from development to series production.

SINGLE-LUMEN, MULTI-LUMEN OR MULTI-LAYER

We extrude single- and multi-lumen tubing as well as complex catheter profiles for a wide variety of medical technology applications. We also reliably produce multi-layered structures and co-extrusions in a cleanroom environment.

Thanks to our process expertise, we can manufacture both micro-tubing and larger diameters reliably and reproducibly – with tight tolerances and high surface quality.

POST-PROCESSING AND MATERIAL VARIETY

In addition to extrusion, we offer various post-processing steps directly within the process or as an integrated service. These include forming catheter tips, punching or drilling openings, and printing on catheters.
