Thermoplastic injection moulding

Micro injection moulding

We manufacture the smallest components using specialized screw geometries and high-precision tooling. We also produce micro-parts with complex undercuts or material combinations reliably in series production.

Composite injection moulding & inserts

FUNCTIONALITY THROUGH CONNECTION

We integrate metal or plastic inserts directly into the injection moulding process – for stable, leak-proof, and functional assemblies.

  • Cannulas, tubes, connectors, wire clips, or catheter tubing
  • Overmoulding with thermoplastic or LSR
  • Ideal for hybrid components or connecting parts
  • High dimensional accuracy thanks to precise automated insertion

Combination with extruded parts (e.g., tubing) is also possible – for customised, ready-to-assemble components from a single source.

Silicone injection moulding (LSR)

SOFT. BIOCOMPATIBLE. PRECISE.

We process liquid silicone rubber (LSR) using two-component injection moulding – on horizontal and vertical machines, precisely tailored to your component geometry.

  • Moulded parts from 0.05g to 25g
  • Composite parts with thermoplastic or metal possible
  • Thin-walled geometries down to 0.2mm achievable
  • Fully automated demoulding and integrated process control
