Tools for the highest demands
STABLE. REPRODUCTIVE. ECONOMICAL.Toolmaking determines how reliably, economically, and precisely a product can be manufactured later. At OSCOMED, we develop and manufacture your injection moulding and extrusion tools ourselves – precisely tailored to the specific product, material, and planned manufacturing process.
Through direct integration with development, prototyping, and production, we achieve maximum efficiency and process reliability. From single-cavity tools to high-volume production tools.
Tools for injection moulding and extrusion
MADE IN GERMANY – PRECISELY ENGINEEREDOur experienced designers develop tools that are both functionally and economically compelling. From the outset, we consider component design optimised for injection moulding or extrusion, as well as the requirements for qualification and series production.
Whether single- or multi-cavity tools, pre-production or testing tools: We accept common 3D data formats from your development and efficiently translate them into practical tooling concepts. Adjustments and optimizations are implemented quickly and directly – without lengthy coordination processes.
- In-house mould making for injection moulding and extrusion tools
- Single- and multi-cavity moulds
- Pre-production and testing tools
- Fixtures
- Acceptance of all common 3D data formats
Prototypes, fixtures and tool maintenance
FROM IDEA TO SERIES PRODUCTIONFor the early stages of product development, we manufacture prototypes and pre-production parts using machining processes with plastics (e.g., PEEK) or aluminium. These components are ideally suited for functional, design, and qualification testing.
In addition, we develop assembly and testing fixtures that enable efficient and reproducible production. Regular maintenance and servicing of your tools is a matter of course for us – ensuring consistently stable production and long tool life.
Optional additions:
- CNC prototypes made of plastic (PEEK) or aluminium
- Fixtures for assembly, testing and series production
- Regular maintenance & servicing of tools
- Quick adjustments using internal resources
