Cleanroom assembly
CLEANLY IMPLEMENTED – FLEXIBLY MANUFACTUREDWe assemble your products under cleanroom conditions, depending on product requirements and process design. Manufacturing takes place in Germany and at our manufacturing partner’s facility in the Czech Republic, carried out by trained and experienced staff.
Where possible, the joining, welding, assembly and packaging processes used are validated or 100% verified through qualified testing procedures. This enables us to guarantee consistently high product quality across all batch sizes.
- Cleanroom assembly for components (implants, sensors, delivery systems)
- Marking of components using special laser processes and pad printing

Tested processes up to sterile delivery
TRACEABLE QUALITYOptimal testing and inspection procedures are an integral part of our cleanroom production. Depending on the product requirements, we employ validated processes or 100% inspections to ensure functionality and safety.
Upon request, we also coordinate the sterilisation of your products and seamlessly integrate it into the overall process. The result: ready-to-assemble or ready-to-use medical devices with documented quality.
